Technical Operations Manager
Job Description:
Manager of day-to-day operations of the Technical division. Implement effective operational processes and project management methodology; Handle logistics and scheduling; Manage and supervise team personnel; Client account and relationship management; Add value to the business by ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Duties:
- Client relations and account management
- Manage client – technical consultant relations
- Develop project scope and schedules in accordance with client requirements
- Assist with compiling quotes
- Direct and manage project execution and documentation
- Report on project progress, activities and statistics to all applicable parties
- Control and manage internal and external project resources
- Ensure successful delivery and closure of project and assist with final invoices
- Manage and develop all team personnel
Requirements:
- Strong technical background (Linux) and Operational and Management skill set
- Goal oriented
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- Strong leader
- Good planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Good financial acumen
Reports to:
Managing Director
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and skills
Years of experience:
Minimum of 3 – 5 years
