A monthly service for existing evironments. The service is based on a per system model, be it operating system or application. If the service is required on multiple systems on the same servicer, multiple retainers must be in place: eg. Zimbra Application on Linux Operating System will require two service instances.
Obsidian Maintain consists of six levels of service: Monitored Systems, Serviced Systems, Maintained Systems, Maintained+ Systems, Managed Systems and Managed+ Systems. Customer can choose service hours according to their needs.
