Obsidian prefers to have long term partnerships with our customers. To enable this we need to be involved in the environment by monitoring and updating the environment. This enables better support as we are aware of all the changes in and around the environment.
Our services are broken down into Projects and Retainers. Projects are performed on new installations or extensions of existing environments. Projects are scoped and a time estimate provided, the actual time spent is billed in half and full day increments. Public holidays, Saturday and Sunday are billed at double the rate.
Retainers are performed as a monthly service on existing installations and are based on a per server model, the services includes Monitoring, Updates, Reporting and Support and customers can chose response time required together with service hours.
